Air Yeezy Drop Vol. 2
Aiight ya'll, when it comes to kicks I usually don't deviate from the classics. I'm a bonifide Jordan/Nike head showing occasional love to Adidas, ALIFE and Vans. With this said I was really on the fence about the Kanye West/Nike collaboration. Yes, I'm a fan of Kanyeezy's music and yes, I am definitely a fan of the swoosh but, I was not really feeling the first Air Yeezy's that hit the streets.
Well, as the week's passed that first pair of Air Yeezy's began to grow on ya boy. So much so that I told myself that I was gonna cop the black/pink pair slated to drop May 2nd. I know ya'll are like "Get to the point already!!!" Well here's the point. I totally slept on this release and now I'm kicking myself. It's not often I slip up and miss a sneaker release. I found myself in the mall yesterday spotting a handful of kids sporting the black/pink Yeezy's. Upon seeing this I said to myself..."OOPS!!! There goes another one."
Came home last night and hit up the bay to find listings such as this one. Now, if I'm dropping $500 plus on a pair of sneakers they're either some OG Jordans or Louis Vuitton or Gucci sneaks. Sad to say but it looks like Mas will have to wait for the 3rd installment of the Air Yeezy's to drop. For all you faithful sneaker consumers out there in "Stay Fly" Land who came up on a pair...congrats.
Pacquiao Vs. Hatton: Round 2
So, last night Manny Pacquiao solidified his spot as the best pound for pound fighter out right now. I had a feeling he was gonna win, but I had no idea he would do what he did to Ricky Hatton in under 2 rounds.
After witnessing last night's performance I think it's safe to say that the Pacman could pose a serious threat for Mr. Money Mayweather (that fight is coming this fall). Lets see how Money fares against Juan Marquez.

Manny Pacquiao Vs. Ricky Hatton
OK, these two face off tomorrow night and I couldn't be more anxious to see this fight. Manny demolished De La Hoya and Hatton got Demolished by Money Mayweather.
Prepare for the first mega-fight of 2009!!!
A hero in his native Philippines, the 30-year-old Pacquiao (48-3-2, 36 KOs) is regarded by most boxing observers as the sport's unofficial pound-for-pound king (considering Floyd Mayweather is retired). Demonstrating knockout power in five weight classes, his recent victory over his boxing idol, ring legend Oscar De La Hoya, was cause for national celebration in his homeland. Amid growing worldwide celebrity, he returns to the 140-pound division to take on the hard-hitting Hatton.
Hailing from the streets of Manchester, England, Ricky Hatton (45-1, 32 KOs) has a tenacious fighting style and a devout following. The 30-year-old suffered his only professional loss in December 2007 when he battled future Hall of Famer Floyd Mayweather Jr. as a welterweight. Now back in the junior welterweight ranks, he wants to prove himself the most formidable fighter in the division.
Lets get ready to rumble!!!!
DMP 2: Toro Bravo Pack
The latest Air Jordan multi-shoe pack will release late this month month under the theme of “Toro Bravo”. Featuring two versions of the Air Jordan V, the shoe is inspired by a special and heralded species of bull which is bred for the Running of the Bulls event in Pamplona, Spain. The black version is inspired by “both the Toro Bravo, known for its aggressiveness, strength, vigor and intelligence, and Michael Jordan’s basketball career, which exemplified these qualities and more.”
On the other hand the red version “represents the passion, inspired by MJ’s drive for the game and taking its color from the red bandannas runners in Pamplona wear.” A special custom-box set featuring the menacing eyes of a red-eye’d pull peering through a crate keeps in line with the shoe’s concept at hand. The Toro Bravo pack is set for a May 30th release.

Super Flat First Love
Celebrating the launch of Takashi Murakami’s Multicolor Spring Palette with Louis Vuitton, honeyee works up a special feature following his new animated project entitled Superflat First Love. Although the feature is in Japanese, the artwork involved can definitely be appreciated. The complete feature can be viewed here with the video down below.
Louis Vuitton X Takashi Murakami...Again
Once again, iconic brand Louis Vuitton has called upon the great Takashi Murakami for his design services. This time, Murakami has re-designed the interior of Louis Vuitton’s Omotesando Chapter store.
The interior takes on the life of Murakami’s creations with a kaleidoscope of colors, images and plush characters. The new design coincides with the release of their Multicolor Spring Pallet collaborative product and should remain in tact for sometime.
